Indoor Boot Camp
Boot Camp is an excellent way to improve your cardio fitness level and control body weight. In these classes I try to keep it fresh and new by doing something different each class. We work on strength, balance and cardio interval training. No need to be intimidated, these classes can be adapted for all levels. Everyone's welcome! (6 person max)

Yin Stretch
Tight muscles can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment. This 30 min class begins with warm-up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching. Each class will target a different muscle group. Max 4ppl.
