COVID-19 Safety Measures & Protocols

What am I doing to keep my clients and myself safe?

It has been a challenging year, and we must take charge of our mental and physical health. But, with new COVID-19 restrictions in place, my group fitness classes have been put on pause until they can safely resume. Your health and safety is my number one priority.


NEW: Livestream and Private Fitness Session - ALL ONLINE

I have started running Livestream online fitness classes so you can continue your regular fitness regimes stress-free. Alongside this, I am doing private facetime/zoom calls for clients who still prefer to have their one-on-one sessions. Click here to see my Livestream options.


Extreme-Clean Between Clients

To follow the COVID-19 restrictions, I am still allowing private one-on-one sessions for a maximum of 30 minutes. During these sessions, all windows and doors remain open to ensure proper airflow, and masks are mandatory at all times. Once the client has left, I sanitize every machine, matt, or any other piece of equipment with Lysol and Microban, while running my LEVOIT air purifier for an entire cycle before welcoming any new client to the gym.
